Graduated from West Virginia University and began teaching back at ... WSHS (go Vikes!)in 1988. Married Shelley in July of 1990 who was also a teacher at WSHS. Named Asst. Principal at Stonewall HS after finishing graduate school at George Mason University in 1995, and eventually left Prince William for Cobb County, GA after serving for 4 years as principal of Hylton High School. Returned to Virginia in 2013 and have been Superintendent of King George County Schools since.
In 1999, Shelley and I were blessed to adopt our son Samuel who is now in 4th grade at Kemp Elementary. Came to Cobb County as principal of McEachern High School and two years ago assumed my current role as Asst. Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. Shelley currently teaches pre-K and we both are involved in Sam's baseball, football and basketball adventures. Great to see and hear all the updates from everyone. Hope to make the reunion.
